Momentum is billed by Apple, not by planwithzen. Changing or canceling it happens in the App Store: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Canceling keeps everything the Free plan includes. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstall the app, change iPhone, or sign in with a different email address, open Settings in planwithzen, tap See Momentum, then Restore Purchases. A subscription belongs to the Apple Account that bought it.
Open Settings in planwithzen and scroll to the bottom. Delete account removes everything you have entered, the account itself, and any connected institutions — disconnected at the institution as well as here. There is no copy to restore from.
A subscription is separate and is canceled through the App Store.
Connecting an account is optional. Every feature works on information you enter yourself.
Connections are made through Plaid and are read-only. planwithzen never receives the username and password you use with your institution, and cannot move money, make payments, or place trades. You can disconnect an institution from Settings at any time.
